  • Poor customer service at IHOP



    Stopped here since the facility seemed busy. Waffle House was my other choice, but decided on IHOP since there are none within 50 miles of our home. Ordered French Toast. When it arrived, the waitress placed it in front of me. Something dropped into my food and the waitress quickly grabbed it with her fingers. Couldn't tell what it was. As I was trying to eat it, I found numerous chunks of onion (remember, French Toast) on my plate. When it was brought to the attention of the waitress, she just said "I'm sorry".
